I Called Straighttalk This Afternoon To Switch My Service From Tracfone. Gave T

Gave them all info, my phone still says "unregistered sim" - 89014103213995904737.  My phone # 513-518-4491- my name Sylvia P. Tatum, e-mail [email protected].  Can you fix this?  Thanks.
