I Bought A New Unlocked Gsm At&t Phone. Can I Use This Phone On You Network?

I also have a sims card that I had with my other straight talk phone, but not activated. Will it work on my new phone which is a HTC-FREESTYLE PHONE UNLOCKED, AT&T
