Wheres My Refund?817-876-5550

I went through all the red tape. u recieved my phone july 13th. i was told i would recieve the refund in 30 days. i have been on hold so much it seems no one knows what they are doing. the only number i have is the united states post office tracking number which is...1309 1040 0001 6495 6687... how hard can it be to find this information. they found it once and verified u recieved the returned phone on july 13th in plainsfield  indiana. my phone number is 817-876-5550 thankyou, any help is appriciated. please call me or email me any information april honeycutt
