Enter *67 and then enter the number. Or if you want it changed or deleted more permanently you can call straight talk and talk to them... but it will take a while for all of the CNAM providers to change the information in their databases.
  The name information is NOT sent from your phone provider when you make a call.. only your telephone number... the name information is pulled from a CNAM database by the phone company of the person that you are calling.. there are multiple CNAM database providers in business.
  straight talk already has your proper information.. but you could call them to see if they can send out updated info to the various CNAM providers.
