Im Not Getting The Help I Desperately Need

i need to reactivate my phone. i have no other access to contact other than computer. i forgot my password. they will sent my password to my phone by txt or to my email which requires my password to read and my phone to work to receive a txt. please help me. i have no transportation and am disabled. desperate at this point for help.

The quickest way would be to have a friend, neighbor, relative or acquaintance come to your home and let you use their telephone. Calling would be the quickest and best solution for you. If this is absolutely impossible for you, the other option is to email them at the contact below and ask them for assistance online. Make sure you include your Meid DEC ( found inside your phone battery compartment or user manual) and the current phone number you were using. Like I said, if anyone with a phone that you have contact with, will let you use their phone, this is the best solution. Good luck to you!
