It Leaks Oil To Empty When Left Idle?
I had the leaking oil reservoir gasket seals repaired and fixed under warranty but the problem has recurred less than a season later and now out of warranty.When left idle it leaks to empty in a few days, I read on the Net that there's a little silver valve that can become clogged with muck which just needs needling 6 or 7 times to reseat/reseal it?Where is it? In the reservoir?

The silver valve referred to could be the oil pump. If it is worn then oil could leak from the tank.This is usually under the clutch asemby.
With the right tools it is replaceable There are numerous U-yube vdeos on servicing Stihl chainsaws.
