What Is The Reason For My Stihl311 Chainsaw Motto Crank And Has No Spark The Saw
saw has no spark at the spark plug and it has only been used 10 times

Why is my Stihl chainsaw not getting spark?
Check to be sure the wires leading to the "On-Off" switch aren't tangled or touching a metal point on the engine if there is no spark, advises the Garden Grapevine website. Replace any wires if they are damaged or corroded.
Why is my chainsaw not getting spark?
If there is no spark during this process, the problem is most likely a defective ignition coil. Remove the screws that hold the outer housing of the chain saw in place. Remove the housing to access the ignition coil. The ignition coil is located next to the carburetor.

Disable the fuel system by removing the fuel pump fuse or relay.
Insert a spark plug tester into the plug boot and ground it on a piece of metal on the engine.
Finally, Have someone crank the engine and watch for spark.
