Chain Locks Up

I purchased this chain saw 8/25/14 and today 10/5/14, is my first time for sing it. I cut four logs, about half/two thirds throttle and the bar chain seized up. Brake works fine and when taking bar/aching off it turns freely but when chain and bar is put back on it does not turn but stays seized. I used it for about 20 minutes and am quite frustrated for the amount of money I paid for it.
