Primer Gas Bulb Is New & It Will Not Prime
Purchased new primer bulb & it will move some gas thru it but when i crank the machine it it only run for approx 3 seconds

You need a new carburetor kit, the primer bulb merely is a pump and check valve the purges all of the air from the fuel circuit so the engine will create a vacuum to pull it from the fuel tank using pressure created by the intake stroke of the piston. Carburetors have check valves and diaphragms internally which allow the oreration of the carburetor as a fuel pump and air/fuel metering/mixing device. if this does not work, despite the primer bulb being operational, it will not run the engine. You may simply buy a new carburetor and your machine will run good as new.
