Mowing Head Removal
I think my mowing head may have been installed incorrectly, and now cannot get it off to correct it. When I place the pin in the hole to stop the shaft, nothing happens. I think there may be a washer missing between the head and the trimmer itself. Please advise.

Hello, it looks like there is supposed to be a washer in there. You can see it in the diagrams on pages 18-20 of the manual. (If you don't have the manual, you can download it here.)
If you don't have that washer, you may be able to find the part number in the parts guide and order a new one.
