Refund Information
I have a life insurance policy on my son, Heber S. Arnold,. If I decide to cancel it, how much would my refund be after deducting a loan I have against it? Joanne Carter Russo-Tiesse

Hi there. As a matter of fact, they will refund based on a pro-rate, which means they will only keep the portion that they had to charge for the amount of time you were covered. Manyother companies short rate their refunds which means they keep the portion for when you were covered and an extra charge for cancelling early.
