If My Vehicle Is Totalled Can I Expect To Get An Exact Replacement?

I've looked at the blue book value for my vehicle, then I tried to find another one like it online. Everything I find is at least $3,000 to $5,ooo dollars higher than my blue book value. Who makes up this difference?
