How Do I Unlock My Sgh I350 Samsung Phone With The Touch Screen?

Some how i change the lock setting of my I350 phone form keypad lock to touch screen lock ,but how ever i have not been able to touch screen unlock my phone. kindly advise

Are you sure you don't have a Samsung SPH-1350? There is not SGH series in Sprint-Nextel.

Here is a link to the user manual page at Samsung for the SPH1350; it will open to a selection page for that model in a new window. All manuals are in pdf format. They also have a link below PDF to open a viewer if you need one as well as a Spanish version of the manual.

First of all go to page 12 of the manual (or page 20 of the pdf) to look at the key names as I am sure you have done many times

Go to page 7 of the manual (page 15 of the pdf) for information about Unlocking Your Device. Unfortunately the manual only suggests that you contact Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-4727 although it does describe the unlock on the Touchscreen.

You will see better diagrams and information on page 58 (or page 66 of the pdf) Did you additionally set a password which will require use of the keyboard?

The suggestion is to Touch and Drag the onscreen LOCK button to either the left or right of the screen to reveal the TODAY screen. Is that what you have been trying to UNLOCK?

To LOCK, Press and hold the POWER button to reveal the TODAY screen. Press the START button (the one with 4 flags on it) from the TODAY screen and touch LOCK (the left soft key)
