Spotify Premium Problem

I have been paying $10.91/mo for Spotify Premium as a credit card draft for many months with no problems using my Android phone, Smart TV, or desktop PC. I purchased a new Android phone and after syncing with the old phone, I lost all of my saved albums. Also, since getting the new phone, the website now says I have Spotify Free when I'm still paying for Premium. I have only one account. I still have the old phone and can still access the saved albums, but on the new phone, under the "Albums" tab, it says "your albums will appear here." Please help me find a solution.
