If no real money transaction has been recorded on an account for more than twelve (12) months it shall be determined to be 'dormant' and we shall lock the account for the member's protection. If requested by the member, the account will be unlocked, but the member will have to supply the correct answers to all security questions. The unlocking of an account must also be approved by the Management.
“Sportsbook.com has the right to charge a $100 monthly account management fee on all accounts where there has been no activity in the preceding 12 months. Players who wish to return to play with us are eligible to have any account management fee previously charged re-credited back to their account with Management's approval. Please note: for accounts located within a restricted region the monthly account management fee will be charged within 30 days of inactivity or the date of account. Additional Management fees may apply. ” If no real money transaction has been recorded on an account for more than five (5) years it shall be determined to be ‘abandoned’ and Sportsbook.com is obliged to inform the member of any balance remaining in the account. If the member cannot be contacted then the balance will be remitted to the Antigua and Barbuda Financial Services Regulatory Commission where it will be held securely for the memberTech freak
