If, after your first deposit, there is no activity on your account within 7 days, the deposit will be refunded to your card.

If no real money transaction has been recorded on an account for more than twelve (12) months it shall be determined to be 'dormant' and we shall lock the account for the member's protection. If requested by the member, the account will be unlocked, but the member will have to supply the correct answers to all security questions. The unlocking of an account must also be approved by the Management.

“Sportsbook.com has the right to charge a $100 monthly account management fee on all accounts where there has been no activity in the preceding 12 months. Players who wish to return to play with us are eligible to have any account management fee previously charged re-credited back to their account with Management's approval. Please note: for accounts located within a restricted region the monthly account management fee will be charged within 30 days of inactivity or the date of account.
