Help!!

To Whom It May Concern:   What the #%@& ?!?    I have called three times to SI re. address changes and this thing is still screwed up. Permit me to share my saga and thank you for taking the time to review the matter.   I am a Hamburg, NY resident who winters in FL. Having learned years ago that the P.O. only forwards mags. for a short period of time, I now change my address for two mags., SI being one of them. This was undertaken in Dec. 2010 prior to my heading south. As my SI mags continued to arrive in FL. through Jan. and into Feb. with a yellow forwarding label on them and then stopped coming entirely, I realized the address change had not been effected by SI.   Nearly three weeks ago I called SI for two purposes, to renew my decades-long subscription (which I'm beginning to view as a mistake on my part) and to implement the address change (FL.), effective immediately, which I was assured could be undertaken. Still not receiving my magazines (three weeks as of this writing) I again called SI earlier this PM. I was told that an address change to my FL. address could not be implemented until April 11 which is within two weeks of my heading north. Realizing the potential for problems for the sake of one or two issues, I therefore canceled the address change request and was graciously given an extension of eight issues onto my subscription, this for which I am grateful.   Within an hour of the above referenced phone call I received two email messages: one acknowledging my address change to the FL. address, and one immediately prior acknowledging my address change to the NY State address. I repeat myself: What the #@%^ ?    Ideally, I would like to receive SI for the remainder of my stay in FL effective immediately. Absent that, I will accept the eight additional issues as that will approximate the total number I will not receive. However, this address issue needs to be straightened out on your part as I am extremely frustrated with the lack of success my efforts to this point have yielded.   Can you, or anybody be of assistance?? Again thank you for your time and any assistance you might be able to provide.           -Stephen Bell          Acct #  2499269054
