Animatronic Clown
My husband and I got home with a $300 animatronic clown we'd purchased from the store. It had to be taken apart and put back in it's package, and we're guessing when that happened, a very small but vital weld was broken and now the torso doesn't move. I know the return policy on costumes and such, but it doesn't specify what the return policy is on decorations that were broken down in the store, and then attempted to be put back together at home. Are those returnable?

If I understand you correctly, you believe a part was lost by the store after you selected the item. If so, the store should refund the price upon return (until 10/18). You can read the policy at https://isn.page.link/HzYn.
