Lower Prices After I've Booked.
A day after I made my reservation I received an email with $24 off which reduced the price of my flight? Can I get a refund of the difference? Also, you make it clear about charges for carry-ons and baggage, but what about a personal item? Can we carry large purses for free if they fit under the seat in front? Also, you know it is almost impossible to speak to someone on the phone. After going through six different stages, I was put on hold for an extraordinary amount of time.
