The Company Is Consistently Calling The Phone Number That Used To Be My House Nu
the company is consistently calling my old house number even though I have sent emails asking them to refrain from that since it is not my number anymore but belongs to an elderly family member. I asked them to erase that number from their records and only call my cell phone number. How can I make sure this is done

The short answer is, unfortunately, you can't "make sure" the company follows your instructions. But you can take steps that will most likely get your desired result:

- Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/speedy cash/Corporate%20Office
- In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/,,, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
