I Want To Talk To Representative

Every number I try to call for either Soverign or Saunder, gives me a verizon "customer Service" message to pay a bill. Even the phone number that lets you get the pay-off balance on your loan is the same. I would like to speak to a customer service representative. I know you are in the process of change, but I need information. Thank you. Bonnie Weller.
