How Do I Add A Rapid Rewards Number To An Upcoming Flight?

You can add your Rapid Rewards number to your airline reservation by going to the Southwest website: http://www.southwest.com

Then, click on Travel Tools on the screen top right, then scroll down until you see Add Rapid Rewards Number. You may need your 6 character confirmation number to locate your reservation:

If you have difficulty doing this, you can always call Southwest and ask them to add your Rapid Rewards Number. 1-800-435-9792 (1-800-I-FLY-SWA)
