Early Bird Checkin

Will it be a problem if the reservations are name with additional title (RN) and the driver's license does not reflect RN?

No that is not a problem as long as the first and last name match. You can also check in online at http://www.southwest.com/flight/retrieveCheckinDoc.html?int=GSUBNAV-AIR-CHECKIN&forceNewSession=yes

or at the kiosk located in the airport by the airline desks
