Southwest Credit Card

I applied for a Southwest credit card last Tuesday, Jan. 17, while at the Chicago Midway Airport. They claimed I would get 2 free tickets and exta miles etc. when I first used my card. I have not heard a thing from them. Can you tell me what my status is or what I can do to use the card. I have quite a few trips coming up this spring.
