Sony Xdr-s10hpip Tuner Not Working, Alarm Goes Off At Wrong Times

I purchesed HD radio this past Christmas and has workted fine untill a few weeks ago. Now the Tuner will not work and alarm goes on 2 hours after set time. What are my options?
