Volume Issues

When I turn the volume up or down it does not operate properly. Volume goes all over the place. From 9 to 11 or 13 then to 8 or seven. Can this be corrected. Tried reset several times. No help was working fine for over a year.

Sony WX-920BT

The firmware update should help you fix the issue---If reset/factory reset is not working.

Check the instuction carefull and do it.

- 95% chances are it can fixed, if not check the wires or issue with mother board---which has to be repaired.
