Where Do I Go For Help?
I purchased my Sony WMFX290 from Amazon on December 12 2012. It suddenly stopped working - in the middle of playing a tape - on May 20 2014. (Nothing wrong with the tape, which plays perfectly well on other machines.) Where can I go in London to find out what's wrong?
