Sony Mhc-gx450, Cd's Not Spinning, Says 'no Disk'.radio & Tape Player Work Norma

I am not sure if it has something to do with it but a few days ago I turned off this stereo and it took what seemed a longer time to go to stand by, the red light on the power button blinked for a seemingly longer time than usual. To avoid all the little lights at night, I turn off the multiconnector that supplies most things in my room, so I turned it off and not sure if I did before the stereo's red light stopped blinking and had turned off completely. Any ideas? Thank you! Next thing, I put CD's in and I don't hear any spining. The display says "no Disk" and changes to the next CD slot only to also say "No Disk".
