How Can I Open The Cd Tray When It Does Not Open The Way It Did When New?
Is there a way to OPEN CD tray manually?

Greetings - Try taking out the AC power cable > press and hold the Open/Close button and plug the AC power cable while the button is pressed down > wait patiently and observe. If this does not help, the only other would to have the unit opened up.
