Help To Set Up To Tv.
I brought these for my 86 year old mother and I set them up and they worked ok. She doesn't use them any more so I have them but she can't find the box or instructions. I have tried but only get a hissing noise. Everything lights up so I know the connection is there. I recall something like having to have the volume up or down on either the tv or headphone then adjust the other but apart from only getting hissing the sound is also coming from the tv speaker so I'm very confused. Please can you help me. Kind Regards Pam
