Volume Level Too Low

have not changed factory settings, not sure how, but audio playback very low volume, tried other headphones w my device and was fine. Any way to increase volume output?

Have you tried replacing the batteries, just to make sure that isn't the problem. It might be worth a shot. If you're still experiencing the issue afterwards, then unfortunately, you would have to seek repair/replacement options.
