Loose Audio Connector On My Mdr-10rnc

The audio connector on my MDR-10RNC is so loose now that the cable doesn't stay in. How, who do I get this fixed. The connector was loose when I purchased it a year ago now, and it just keeps getting looser.

A new cable will not help if the phone plug connector is loose. You will need to see if you can remove the ear pad to access the port to fix the loose connector. If not, it will need to be sent to an audio repair shop or back to Sony for the service
