This error means:

The disc may be incompatible.

Check the instruction manual of the player to confirm if the player supports the disc type for playback.

The disc may be dirty, scratched, or incorrectly inserted preventing the laser from reading the disc.

Clean the disc and make sure to insert the disc properly.
