Sony Bravia Kdl-37xbr6 Flashes The Standby Light 6 Times And Won't Turn On

The 6X blink code is a bad back light error. could be one of the florescent bulbs in the panel if it shows a picture for a couple seconds and there is a darker band across the screen. Also Found loose connector CN6153 on the G5 Power Board.
CN6153 goes to CN6702 on the D4 board. Or the power board.
