Generally here's what I've found is close on all sets, to get a pretty close to natural presentation. In the main picture menu you should turn the color setting to around 40%, tint to 50%, sharpness to 25-30% (this minimizes the artifacts on the edges of pictured objects), set the picture/contrast setting to 75% so that the bright areas still have detail, and the brightness so the black areas also have details usually around 50%. Set the back-light setting according to the room lighting and all the advanced settings to the center options.
