How Do I Change The Date On This Clock?

I try to change the date using the snooze button and it kept sayin the wrong date like 3 18.

Follow this procedure to set the date and time on the clock radio.
  1. Plug in the clock radio into a working electrical outlet.
  2. Press and hold the CLOCK button until a beep sound is heard.
  3. Press the TUNE/TIME SET + or - button to select the correct year.
  4. Press the CLOCK button.
  5. Press the TUNE/TIME SET + or - button to select the correct month.
  6. Press the CLOCK button.
  7. Press the TUNE/TIME SET + or - button to select the correct day.
  8. Press the CLOCK button.
  9. Press the TUNE/TIME SET + or - button to select the correct hour.
  10. Press the CLOCK button.
  11. Press the TUNE/TIME SET + or - button to select the correct minute.
  12. Press the CLOCK button.
