Streaming Netflix Movies

This function was working perfectly for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden, all I get when I launch Netflix from from DVD player is the screen showing where it's trying to connect (little ball of dots rotating in the upper LH corner) and it gets no further. I've tried resetting to factory default, running network update, deactivating the device from mt computer and now I can't get to the point where the DVD will give me a new activation code. Help!

Did you check the ethernet connection or wireless connection to the net? I would try that if you havent yet.
