Can You Connect A Usb Keyboard To The Sony Bdp-s580

Yes you can. It can't control the normal functions of the player but it can be used for text input.

No, you would not be able to connect a keyboard. USB ports are not designed to accommodate USB input device functionality (such as with a keyboard/mouse).

The User Manual states that you can type Internet Browse by typing in the URL via the Netflix software keyboard. Therefore, trying to use a USB keyboard would not work.
