Repair Corrupt Themes For R306

1. I am not able to change the themes or ringtone for my sony ericsson R306.  It says the theme is corrupt.  How doi I rectify this problem.  Please help me.   2.  When I call people from the sony ericsson R306, they complain that they are not able to hear me clearly.  That the audio is very feable.  Could there be some problem with the mike in my phone
