Message To Kuhzooangel Re Sony Ericsson Hbh-pv700

The samsung galaxy S3 doesn't pick up the device. A blackberry does though. I tried my friend's HTC and that didn't pick it up either. Does this mean I cannot use the Sony Ericsson HBH-PV700 with the samsung?
