I Wrote Yesterday, Did Not Get Final Response. The Problem I Have Is The Nowblo

snowblower is very hard to push when using on concrete. i think the problem is the scraper bar is made of a material that rubs on concrete instead on gliding over it. can i get a new scraper bar made of a different a different material. snowblower runs great otherwise
