Logged My Slingbox Account And My Solo Is Available But Not Able To Connect?
I'm logged on to my slingbox account, my slingbox solo is available, but when i go to connect it's not working...can anyone help me?

Hey there, roberts806! In order to help you with this, I need to better understand the situation, so I have a few questions to ask. Are you on DISHOnline or the Sling website? Were you able to connect before or is this the first time you've tried? Also, do you see an IP address on your receiver? If so, unplug the receiver for at least ten seconds, plug it back in, and try again. Sometimes you have to try several times before it will connect.
