My Phone Nubers On My Phone Are Messed Up

i screwed up my contact numbers in my phone by trying to use my skype it says use country code i just want my contact numbers to work right again i give up on this skpye stuff how do i fix what i did.i just will forget the skpe stuff its to over my head just want my contact numbers to work again like they did please please help
