why Do I not have viedo, for my home skypes. Why am I getting a message saying my anti virus is not working I have Norton anti virus and it is working as we speak. Do not understand. please fix my viedo part of home skypes.

Your video could not be played because of codec problem. Make sure that you have the appropriate player to play your video file.
