I Am In The Uae And Skype Is Prohibited From Being Used Here And My Account Is R

I cannot make a skype phone call, sms, etc. and my account is due to expire in 2 days if I don't use it!!! AND there is no way to contact skype by phone, email etc. as they do no provide any conatact information. What can I do? Thank you very much.
