I Want To Know Procedure To Stop Skype Account And Recurring Payment Help Urgen

I have a skype account for calls to Germany with monthly charge of Euro 10 being paid through my credit card. I want to stop the account and also the payment. There is no procedure given on Skype website. Please give me details along with contact numbers so that I can stop the payments. I do not need it w.e.f. 14th March 2013.
