Airmiles Rewards
Dear Sir
I have an Egyptair Goldcard band always try to fly with Star Alliance airlines for the benefits offered. In August 2011 my husband and I flew to Hong Kong with Singapore Airlines .
We flew Cairo - Singapore- Hong Kong Return.
I tried for 4 months to claim AIRMILES online, by fax and by post from Egyptair. Eventually I had a reply to the point that ALL our flights were zero rated for airmiles. How can this be? Why would we stay loyal to your airline to receive zero miles? In fact, I have just booked another trip to Hong Kong with Qatar airways as I was so disgusted to receive zero miles. I hope you can give me asatisfactory explanation.
