Wrong Customer Name For 3 Years
Hi Singtel, I would like to inform you that My name WRONG in my bill for 3 years+. My Name is EA BOON CHAI. My Singtel plan is iFlexi Plan. I signed this singtel plan at Tampines Singtel branch since 2011. When i received first bill i already noticed My name was wrong on bill. (Please refer to attachment file). Then i had back to Tampines Branch wasted half and hour change MY name.After few month i see the bill again my name still WRONG, but i busy on work after 1 year i just go to Ang Mo Kio Singtel branch queue and take the number to request them change the name for me again. Whole process i take nearly 1 hour plus to completed to change my name only.BUT, the problem still the same. I saw my June 2015 bill MY NAME still WRONG on my bill. WHY????Last week Wednesday (1/7/2015) i need to change the address and need phone bill to proof. They not accept the bill due to My name is WRONG. Then i go back to Ang Mo Kio Branch request change MY NAME AGAIN. Then Singtel Staff requested me to take the number to queue again and estimated time to wait is 1 hour. Very FUNNY right?How can i accepted to wait 1hour just to change MY NAME and this MISTAKE MAKE BY YOUR SINGTEL STAFF from starting. This problem i already report to your staff three years already. When can solved for this problem. I already wasted so many time and many of spirit to change MY NAME already. This contract will end by this year, may won't recontract agian. Can wrong customer name for three years and need customer wait for few hour to correct mistake make by your Singtel. I already resappointed for your service. Lastly i request the June bill with correct name by this week. Thanks..
