I'm Trying To Cancel An Order I Just Placed And Don't Know How.

To cancel an order within the 30-minute window, go to your Order History page at http://www.shutterfly.com/account/orderhistory.jsp and click the link to cancel it. This is the only way to cancel an order. After the 30 minutes has passed, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
