Sharp Pc3040 Keyboard Problem, Pgdn Sticking

Using a DOS base text editor it seems the Page Down key is making contact without any depression of itthe display keeps moving on me.

This problem usually occurs if water fell inside the keyboard' Please contact your dealer for service.
