I have this same problem. There are three switches that get tripped when you open the door, 2 are tripped by the door itself when it closes, and the third(bottom) is tripped by the door opening button. It's the third switch that controls the turntable. I popped the cover, and bypassed this turntable switch, and the turntable now works fine. The only issue is, the turntable will start turning when the door is open. I'll use it this way till I can find the part to replace the switch.

Thank you for your suggestion. I did find one of the micro-switches had failed and replacing it fixed the non moving turntable problem.
